Mom & Dad Hays are back this season(2018) in their new(ish) nest they built last year after their nest/tree fell over in a wind storm. I'm so glad they decided to stay in this area. This tree/nest is about a hundred yards down from their old nest/tree. Pix also installed a new camera right in the nest tree, about 25 feet above the nest. So we should have a great view of the eggs & chicks this year. Thankfully! Since last year after the nest/tree fell, there were to many branches/leaves in the way to see into this new nest.
